I’ve used Bio-Stic products for three years. I’ve known Bio-Stic for well over 20 years and he has always been a man of great integrity. He’s always learning, expanding his knowledge and thinking of the box.

Over three years ago, I went to talk to Bio-Stic about something else and we were talking about the environment and he asked me if I’d ever heard of Bio-Stic for septic tanks. It’s a revolutionary idea for dealing with waste biologically and saving his customers economically. At the time, I purchased a Bio-Stic for the kid’s bathroom. After a year, I came back and purchased more Bio-Stic’s for the rest of the toilets in the house. We’ve been on a septic system for 26 years, we’ve had to move the leach field once because of the high-water table in our area of San Juan County, New Mexico. Our septic, the leach field and the Bio-Stic working together are saving us money. I will be returning to Bio-Stic this year to update my Bio-Stic products.

Bio-Stic is an excellent product! I greatly appreciate Bio-Stic’s knowledge and professionalism. Bio-Stic assessed the situation and determined the ratios of product for a saturated leach field and two feet of sludge in a lift station. I was given projection period of three months to a year for product to start producing results but to my amazement it happened in three weeks. The clarity of the water was very noticeable and the unpleasant smells were almost gone. Five months into the process, the lift station is clear of sludge and leach field is operating properly. “I was having severe problems with my septic/leach system. The leach field had blinded off and not letting the fluids leach out into the surrounding soil. I had reached a point that I was going to have to have another leach field put in. My septic tank was backing up to where it was slow draining and had to watch my water usage.

I found out about Bio-Stic products and for the cost, it being a lot less than a new leach line, I figured what the heck. I got the product and started using it in a heavier than normal use. Within one to two weeks, I could tell a difference in the discharge out of my septic into the leach field, it has continued to improve. Now there is no backup whatsoever! I have a septic that has lids over my septic tank that I can open to monitor my system.
